1. What AstraRead is
AstraRead sells personalized digital PDF reports for entertainment, journaling and self-reflection. You enter your birth details and our system generates a downloadable PDF based on a symbolic numerology framework. The product is fulfilled digitally by email after purchase.
2. Not a service or professional advice
We do not provide live consultations, professional advice, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, psychological advice, predictions, guarantees, or decision-making recommendations. Reports are subjective self-reflection content and should not be used to make life decisions.
3. Eligibility
AstraRead is for adults aged 18 or older. By purchasing, you confirm you are 18+.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely by our third-party merchant of record or payment processor. We do not store card details. The payment provider shown at checkout is responsible for processing the transaction and may apply applicable taxes based on your location.
5. Delivery
Reports are delivered digitally to the email address you provide, typically within about 40 minutes of payment confirmation. If you do not receive your report within 24 hours, contact support and we will resend or regenerate it.
6. Refunds
Because AstraRead reports are personalized digital products generated after purchase, we generally cannot refund delivered reports. We will refund or regenerate your report if the file is corrupted, incomplete, not delivered within 24 hours, or generated incorrectly due to a technical error on our side. See our Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable use
Reports are for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or present AstraRead reports as professional advice of any kind.
